Welcome to George W. Carver Birthplace Association Bookstore

Welcome to George W. Carver Birthplace Association Bookstore. We are the official bookstore and gift shop of the George Washington Carver National Monument. The Carver Birthplace Association (CBA), a 501 c-3 non-profit organization, is located on the original 240-acre farm in Diamond, Missouri where Dr. Carver was born. The CBA and its bookstore work to assist the National Park Service in its educational, historical, and interpretive efforts at the George Washington Carver National Monument. In the tradition of Dr. Carver, famed scientist, educator, and humanitarian, the CBA and Carver Bookstore seek to enhance the public's knowledge by providing worthwhile and interesting resources for all ages. We offer books and other materials on Dr. Carver, African-American History, Regional Missouri and Ozark History, Nature Field Guides, and a variety of other topics. All proceeds are used to support the interpretive efforts at George Washington Carver National Monument to continue Dr. Carver's legacy.
